Delivery Estimates

We ship all UK orders via Royal Mail.

Standard Delivery: Orders are processed within 3–5 business days and sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48, which typically takes a further 2–3 working day. Please allow approximately 5–8 working days in total.
Express Delivery: Express orders are prioritised and processed within 2–4 business days and sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24, which typically takes a further 1–2 working days. Please allow approximately 3–6 working days in total.

Good to know: Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on your order and will be clearly shown at checkout before you pay.

We do not ship or deliver orders on weekends or UK bank holidays.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow its journey.

4. Lost or Damaged Items

If your package arrives damaged or doesn't arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us here so we can look into it and sort it out for you.
